Our Approach to Care

Seed + Soil Integrative Reproductive Health was founded on the understanding that reproductive outcomes depend on both the quality of the seed and the health of the soil in which it grows. We provide individualized, evidence-informed care that supports hormonal balance, circulation, nervous system regulation, and whole-body resilience throughout the fertility journey.

Our approach integrates classical Chinese medicine with modern reproductive science, offering thoughtful support for natural conception, assisted reproductive technologies, pregnancy loss, and cycle regulation. Care at Seed + Soil is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the physical and emotional complexity of trying to conceive.
